Return Policy & Warranty Repair
Sellmark Corporation, an exclusive distributor of products under Yukon brand for North and South, has a 100% satisfaction guarantee to all dealers and customers who purchase directly from Sellmark. For all third party sales please refer to their satisfaction policy.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, it may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. With your return, you must provide a valid receipt or invoice showing the date of purchase, item sold, item quantity, and cost. We will not refund shipping cost of the item.
This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid if the product is registered within 30 days after the product has been purchased. Register your product by filling out the online warranty form at www.sightmark.com.

Your refurbished product is warranted free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year. In the event of a defect under this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product if within the warranted time. For night vision products, the image intensifier tube that enables night vision capability is also warranted to be free from defects for a period of 1 year, as are other light emitting devices such as lasers, red dots and holographic imaging devices. However, light bulbs and batteries are not applicable to this warranty. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or improper handling. Also, this warranty is null and void if modification or maintenance is provided by someone other than the manufacturer.
Refurbished Item Return Policy
Refurbished products have a 90-day warranty, and require a receipt or invoice to be repaired or returned. For your item to be processed properly, please follow the return and warranty processing instructions outlined in the “Warranty Repair” section.
In order to have a product repaired under warranty, you must have registered your product within 30 days of the original date of purchase, in order to do this go to our website and fill out the warranty form with all the correct information. If you do not have access to the internet and require a warranty card please call or email us and request for a card to be sent to you. The information entered on the card or the online form must be filled out completely in order for the warranty to be processed. You can find the form and other information at www.sightmark.com.
If you are sending in a product for a warranty repair, you will be required to fill out an RA request form, which can be found at www.sightmark.com. Once the form has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your RA number and a PDF Return Form. The Return Form must be filled out completely, and mailed in, with your product. In order for your repair to be successfully fulfilled, be sure to closely follow all instructions outlined by the Return Form. If any of the aforementioned instructions are not properly followed, your request cannot be processed and the product will be held until you are contacted, and proper documentation is received.
Request for warranty repair can be declined if the product has been damaged by improper use, modification or repaired by someone other than Sellmark.
To receive an RA number for repair you will need to do the following:
- Fill out the form online at www.sightmark.com labeled Warranty RA Form.
- Once the request has been received you will either receive a reply email that contains all necessary return information, or a customer service representative will contact you and give you an RA number over the phone.
To send in the product, you will be required to include the following items:
- The filled out Repair Form (sent via email to you).
- The defective product and all of its accessories.
- Copy of the original receipt or invoice showing when and where the product was purchased.
- The RA number printed on the box, with a return address.
Out of Warranty Repair
If your warranty has expired, or you no longer have a proof of purchase for the product you wish to return, you will be required to pay a shipping and processing fee. A check or money-order made payable to Sightmark in the amount of $10 must be sent in WITH the product to cover shipping and product inspection. If the fee is not included with the product, the warranty repair or return cannot be processed until it has been received. Repair costs start at 49.99 and additional costs will be applied there on after. You will be notified before any work is started and must agree to accept any changes for the work to be process and the product to be sent back fully repaired.
Once a product designated for repair has been processed and inspected by a Sellmark technical professional, you will receive a call or email that will explain what, if any, problems were found, and the cost of the repair. If you agree, we will proceed to repair the product and ship it back to you when the product has been fixed. If you choose to decline the repair, the product will be shipped back to you regardless.
Credit Card Refunds
All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that was used to purchase the merchandise if the product is returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. This will only apply to online purchases at the website www.sightmark.com, as long as you have a valid receipt. Sellmark is not responsible for the return of any product purchased at any third party dealer and the return must be processed with them in order to get a refund.
